Terms of Use
General Terms of Service ("GTS")

Please use our services only if you agree with all points and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will be concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract), it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Basic provisions:
1.1. Hungarian law shall govern issues not regulated in these Regulations and the interpretation of these Regulations, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society. the relevant provisions of the Act. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any separate stipulation.
1.2. Scope, amendment of the GTC.
1.3. The webshop, as a copyrighted work, is protected by copyright, attention is drawn to this.
1.4. Availability.

Services available for purchase
1.6. Products can only be booked online. The price of the products is gross, our company is not subject to VAT. The price includes the full service of the workshop and all necessary materials, there are no other costs for participation.
1.7. In the webshop, the Service Provider indicates the name, description, and price of the product in detail, the images displayed on the product data sheet are used as illustrations.
1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider fully informs Users about the duration of the promotion.
Order process
1.9. Order process, adding to cart, payment, for which a confirmation e-mail is received. Before arriving at the workshop, the Service Provider sends a reminder e-mail.
1.10. Data entry errors can be corrected before finalizing the order (e.g. additional product, product deletion, price check, etc.)
1.11. Payment option: bank card payment, with online confirmation. There is no need to print the confirmation.
1.12. The service provider web store is obliged to immediately confirm the receipt of the user's order to the user electronically. If this confirmation does not reach the user within the expected deadline, depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours from the date of sending the user's order, the user is released from any binding or contractual obligation. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the service provider or the user when it becomes available to them.
The parties may deviate from the above rules if they have agreed to this.
Processing and fulfillment of orders
1.13. Orders are processed within 24 hours. As soon as confirmation of electronic payment is received by the Service Provider, Artysense Kft. will send an electronic invoice to the customer via e-mail via the szamlazz.hu system.
1.14. General fulfillment deadline, within 2 working days from the confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the time of fulfillment, the Service Provider is obliged to fulfill the contract within the time or date specified in the User's notice, or in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the date of receipt of the order by the Service Provider.
1.15. If the Service Provider fails to fulfill its contractual obligations because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and to refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfillment of this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of its breach of contract.
Right of withdrawal
1.16. The Client is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal at least 5 working days before the workshop date. The intention to withdraw must be indicated in writing, at the following contact details:

The Operator will immediately, but no later than within 14 days, transfer the refund of the participation fee paid by the Client to the bank account provided by the Client.
Details of the cancellation conditions:
Depending on the time of the cancellation, the following apply:
5 working days or more before the start of the workshop: The Client will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
Less than 5 working days before the start of the workshop: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the participation fee will not be refunded.
When reporting the cancellation, the Client must provide:
Name
E-mail address
Exact date and name of the workshop
Bank account number for the refund.
Guarantee and warranty
1.18. We provide a guarantee for our services. If the workshop has to be cancelled due to the fault of the organizer (Artysense Kft.), for example for technical or organizational reasons, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the participation fee.
Guaranteed refund procedure:
The Customer will be notified immediately of the failure of the event via the contact details provided.
The participation fee will be refunded within 3 working days at the latest.
Additional guarantee conditions:
At the Customer's request, the amount paid can be reallocated to participate in another workshop, if both parties agree to this flexibly.
In order to ensure the Customer's satisfaction, the organizer is obliged to provide suitable alternative dates and options, if circumstances allow.
Complaint handling
1.19. The place of complaint handling for the webshop is the Budapest Consumer Protection Agency, and in order to communicate complaints, the company's mailing address is: Budapest, 1085. József krt. 64.
Miscellaneous provisions
1.20. The Service Provider and the User shall attempt to settle their disputes amicably. The User and the Service Provider agree to the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Court/Trøvárosi Bíróság/Törvényszék for any legal disputes falling within the scope of these Regulations that cannot be settled by agreement within 30 calendar days.
